Merin maintains a curated and selective pipeline of investment opportunities aligned to its core thesis, sector focus and stage preference. We do not pursue broad market exposure. We pursue specific, high-conviction opportunities where our capital, structure and execution capability create measurable value.
Our pipeline reflects the discipline with which we approach opportunity selection. Every asset under consideration has been assessed against our investment criteria, and our team is engaged at a meaningful level before any capital commitment is made.
Investment Focus Areas
Merin actively deploys capital across three primary focus areas: grid-scale battery energy storage, Powered Land Developments, constrained network assets and integrated energy systems. These areas reflect both our sector conviction and our assessment of where structural opportunity is most pronounced and most durable.
Within each focus area, we target projects at the late-stage development, pre-FID and construction-readiness phases of the lifecycle. Our entry point is deliberate: we engage where capital is scarcest and where our execution capability can make the greatest difference.
